Senior Service Architect (IT Infrastructure) About the role The
Senior Service Architect (IT Infrastructure) is a core member of
the Services Pursuit team. This role requires a general knowledge
of a particular area of Services (Workplace, Datacenter, Networking
& Unified Communications or Cross-functional), such as delivery
methodology, cost drivers, supporting/enabling technologies, etc.
The Senior Service Architect is responsible for the assessment of
customer requirements, development of service design, cost
calculation, and non-complex pricing for Services solutions. What
you'll be doing
- Qualification of managed services opportunities
- Support the analysis of customer requirements
- Support the qualification of opportunities and customer
requirements against the capabilities and strengths of CC Delivery
units (ISPs) and the Service Catalogue
- Support of customer specific campaigns, coordination of
marketing support, ensuring Computacenter brand compliance
- Service Design
- Assess and clarify customer requirements
- Map requirements against Computacenter existing
capabilities
- Maximize the opportunities to utilize the Shared Service
Factory and other core propositions
- Consider services outside of our existing capabilities
- Define and communicate requirements for Transition &
Transformation
- Working closely and collaboratively with the Solution Manager,
assist with the development of the solution/design (technical,
operational, commercial)
- Create costing for developed service across the entire Services
area
- Working jointly with Delivery teams, agree to the solution
design & costing
- Work as part of a team on larger solutions to ensure that
handover to relevant support organization is successfully
completed
- Create complex pricing

What you have
- Strong experience pricing large, complex IT Infrastructure
projects
- Good service understanding of IT Services (Workplace,
Datacenter, Networking & Unified Communications or
Cross-functional)
- Good understanding of the IT outsourcing market &
competition
- Commercial capability in a business-focused IT environment
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to build relationships primarily with internal
stakeholders and ISPs
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Analytical and risk-aware approach
- Capable of working under own initiative but can work as a
member of a team
- Ability to prioritize own workload
- Personal flexibility & willingness to travel
- Self-starting and results-driven with clear prioritization of
deliverables
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Managing and minimizing risk to bid deliverables and ensuring
