Through initiatives like the Ai Summit, we are building a global, inclusive ecosystem that fosters collaboration, innovation, and ethical AI development.Role OverviewTechEquity Ai is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to support and enhance our CRM infrastructure, enabling efficient engagement with key stakeholders such as speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, and press. This role will be instrumental in refining our Salesforce platform to improve data tracking, automation, and reporting, ensuring seamless communication and outreach efforts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solution-driven, and passionate about leveraging technology to advance nonprofit initiatives.This role is structured for at least 25 hours per week for a minimum of four months, with the option to extend.This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for individuals who excel in dynamic environments. While a volunteer position, it upholds the high standards of Silicon Valley's tech and nonprofit sector. We seek independent, resourceful problem-solvers with relevant experience who are ready to apply their knowledge and take on multiple responsibilities to support the team. Success in this role requires adaptability, initiative, independence and a willingness to step in where needed. This opportunity is not structured as a training program; it is an opportunity to engage in high-impact work, gain real-world exposure in a results-driven AI and technology landscape.Key Responsibilities

• Salesforce Development & Customization: Build, configure, and optimize Salesforce workflows, reports, and dashboards to enhance engagement tracking for stakeholders. Implement automation to streamline data management and reporting.
• Stakeholder Engagement Support: Develop tools and processes within Salesforce to support outreach efforts for speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, and press. Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and external communication platforms to enhance collaboration and event coordination.
• Operations & Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized records within Salesforce to optimize sponsor and partnership management. Implement best practices in data organization and governance to support operational efficiency.
• Fundraising Support: Enhance Salesforce capabilities to track donor engagement, manage pledges, and support fundraising strategies. Develop systems to manage grants, donor relationships, and contributions with comprehensive reporting. Implement automation to improve donor engagement and generate strategic insights.Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or Administrator, preferably in a nonprofit setting.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and workflows.
  • Experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and fundraising platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate organizational needs into technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM best practices and data security standards.
  • Knowledge of AI, technology, or nonprofit sectors is a plus.Preferred Skills
    • Experience in setting up and managing Salesforce for donor tracking and sponsor outreach.
    • Ability to develop scalable solutions to support fundraising operations.
    • Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow, Apex) is a plus.
