The "Application Developer - Salesforce & DocuSign CLM" is responsible for engineering, enhancing, and testing applications and platforms, including general Salesforce development and configuration with some specialization in Quote-to-Cash functionality, and DocuSign Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) workflows and configuration.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure new system enhancements and features on the Salesforce Platform.
• Play a leading role in developing and configuring new system enhancements and features in DocuSign CLM, including:
  • Creation of and updates to DocuSign CLM Workflows, eForms, Smart Rules, Document Generation, and related development and configuration.
  • User Management configuration, including groups, task groups, and delegated permission management.
  • Account Management activities, including branding, deployment, navigation & actions, and security settings.
  • Integration settings, including domain and connection management.
  • Work with stakeholders and effectively partner with team members to design thoughtful solutions.
  • Analyze and improve existing system functionality and customizations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and optimize the codebase.
  • Identify and remediate bugs and defects.Required Qualifications:
    • 3-5 years of software engineering/application development experience. Minimum 2 years of experience developing in Salesforce.
    • Documented experience working with advanced DocuSign CLM workflow development and configuration.
    • Experience coding in one or more languages.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Able to work on less-defined projects.
    • Self-manages tasks.
    • Works well in a team. Team oriented, collaborative, accountable, and dependable.Preferred Qualifications:
      • DocuSign University - Completion of the following courses:
        • DocuSign CLM: Administration
        • DocuSign CLM: Build Workflows
        • DocuSign CLM: Integrate Workflows with Salesforce
        • DocuSign CLM: Implement Advanced Workflows with Salesforce
        • Salesforce certifications in the development, administrator, and/or architect tracks.
        • Lightning Web Component (LWC)/Aura experience.
        • Some JavaScript/JavaScript library (JQuery, AngularJS, etc.) experience.
        • Salesforce DataLoader experience.
