for group orders.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and driven
Non-Technical Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be
responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for
various non-technical positions within the company. You will work
closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and
ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to finish. Your
ability to build relationships, assess candidates effectively, and
manage multiple recruitment processes will be key to your
success.Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing
needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Focus on non-technical roles such as sales and operations
recruitment.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including
online job boards, social media, professional networks, and
referrals.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of applicants to
ensure they meet the required qualifications and cultural fit.
- Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and via video
conferencing platforms.
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs, career events, and
other recruitment activities to promote WeBox as an employer of
choice.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job ads to
extending offers and negotiating employment terms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the
applicant tracking system.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in
recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding
process for new hires.Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role.
- Experience in recruiting for the food industry or gig economy
is a plus.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong ability to evaluate candidates and make informed hiring
decisions.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced
environment.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other
recruitment software.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
