We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer who's passionate about building products that transform how knowledge work gets done. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll have end-to-end ownership of features that directly impact thousands of lawyers' daily work. • Design and implement full-stack features that blend elegant UX with robust backend systems
• Architect scalable solutions across our entire tech stack (React, TypeScript, Node.js)
• Shape our technical direction, making crucial decisions about architecture and infrastructure
• Build and optimize cloud-native systems using GCP
• Mentor and uplift other engineers through thoughtful code reviews and knowledge sharing
• Drive innovation in both our codebase and the legal tech industry as a wholeRequired Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience building production-grade web applications
  • Strong expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Deep understanding of React and frontend architecture
  • Experience with cloud platforms (GCP)
  • Track record of designing scalable backend systems
  • History of making architectural decisions that stood the test of timeNice to Have:
    • Experience with modern ORMs (Drizzle/Prisma) and API design
    • Knowledge of DevOps practices
    • Background in building secure, compliant systems
    • Familiarity with AI/LLM integrations
    • Experience mentoring other engineers
