globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your
technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects
from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan
requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and
communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the
company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses
and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the
technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.As a
Technical Program Manager, you will lead exploration, development,
pilot, validation, deployment, and growth of new products for data
center efficiency and optimization. You will employ Data Center
Systems verticals understanding and capability to navigate
cross-organizational structure from Hardware to Software stack
allowing effective priority resolution. You will drive risk and
reward profiles with understanding and experience of Data Modeling
and Analytics for Data Center (DC) Applications. You will be
responsible to hunt, articulate, and resolve Risk Mitigation
Techniques in managing large amounts of resource allocation in real
time. You will secure buy-in and work with partner teams to secure
resources/policy to mitigate risk.Behind everything our users see

possible.The US base salary range for this full-time position is
$142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges
are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on
each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries
for the position across all US locations. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant

process.Responsibilities
- Lead projects to develop and deploy DC system efficiency and
optimization efforts across the Google Data Centers using Software
Actuation, Tooling, data analytics, and statistical
regression.
- Advocate for up/downstream projects across Technical
Infrastructure to manage DC capacity build plans, Operations,
Software Services, helping execute successful strategy/methodology
insertions.
- Run multiple projects from inception through completion using
the PLC process including understanding dependency of all work
streams with other partner teams and ensuring alignment. Follow the
project and flag divergence from MRD/PRD commitment at project
initiation.
- Deliver consistent business case analysis that aligns with
Market Requirement Doc and Supports preliminary/interim reviews
related to project through the reporting manager.Google is proud to
