Team and significantly impact how enterprise customers experience
and succeed with our tools. As part of this team, you'll work
closely with mobile technologies and Adobe Marketing Solutions such
as Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Target, and Customer
Journey Analytics (CJA). Your role will involve solving technical
issues, empowering enterprise customers to achieve their goals, and
improving their overall experience with our solutions.We're looking
for an engineer with deep technical expertise and a passion for
problem-solving methodically and effectively. If you thrive on
debugging sophisticated mobile issues and collaborating with others
to find innovative solutions, this role is for you.What You'll
Do
- Technical Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues
related to mobile SDKs and Adobe solutions, tackling technical
challenges at their root.
- Tool Development: Build and optimize tools to help diagnose and
resolve issues, improving the customer experience.
- Collaboration with Customers: Work directly with enterprise
customers and internal teams to guide them on platform
functionality, resolve complex configurations, and ensure seamless
integration.
- Cross-Team Partnership: Collaborate with engineering, product
management, and support teams to resolve critical issues and
identify product improvement opportunities.
- Effective Communication: Translate technical concepts into
actionable steps for various audiences, ensuring clarity and
empowerment for customers and collaborators.
- Craft Guides and Resources: Create clear and actionable guides
to help customers better understand and use Adobe's tools
effectively.What You Need to Succeed
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science
or equivalent experience, with 5+ years in software
development.
- Mobile Development Expertise: Strong experience developing on
Mobile platforms, including iOS, Android, and React Native.
- Advanced Debugging Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve
complex technical problems, especially across mobile and
coordinated systems.
- Craft Creation and Abstraction: Capable of thinking abstractly
to craft and build tools that solve recurring issues at scale.
- Dedicated Problem-Solving: Dedicated and able to work with
minimal mentorship while navigating ambiguous challenges.
- Strong Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal
communication skills to explain technical information clearly to
diverse audiences.
- API Integration: Knowledge of RESTful APIs, system
integrations, and mobile SDKs for resolving connectivity and
integration issues.
- Collaborative Approach: Ability to work closely with internal
teams and customers to foster collaboration and deliver excellent
outcomes.Bonus Points
- Adobe Experience Cloud Expertise: Previous experience
implementing or supporting Adobe solutions, like AJO, CJA, Target,
or AEP Mobile SDKs.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with the digital
marketing ecosystem and how mobile technologies integrate with
marketing strategies.
- Cloud & Distributed Systems: Experience with cloud platforms
and monitoring tools like Splunk or Prometheus to ensure system

compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S.
geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined
markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $133,900 --
$242,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location
and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and

sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target
compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives
are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting

roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new
