A company is looking for a Web Program Manager to drive the evolution and optimization of web properties.

Key Responsibilities

Lead continuous improvements in team processes and workflows to enhance efficiency
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across content, design, development, and marketing teams
Manage project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives

Qualifications & Requirements

5+ years of experience managing large-scale web projects
Strong background in web development processes and UX principles
Experience with SEO strategies and content optimization
Familiarity with web analytics tools to track performance
Proven ability to implement AI-driven tools and emerging technologies
