Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Assistant to support a
binding and brokerage team in a fully remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with audits, binders/invoicing, and endorsements while
managing company correspondence
Respond promptly to requests from the brokerage team, underwriters,
and clients regarding account servicing issues
Act as a liaison between clients and underwriters to manage account
documentation and maintain compliance standards
Required Qualifications
One year of wholesale insurance experience
High school graduate required; college courses preferred
Experience and knowledge of Commercial Lines E&S products and
some Personal Lines E&S products
Previous work experience in insurance underwriting or customer
service
Technical Assistant experience or three years of general insurance
experience
