Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a squad, providing hands-on technical direction
while fostering team autonomy
Own the success of multiple initiatives from inception to delivery,
ensuring alignment with business goals
Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to maintain high
standards and drive innovation
Required Qualifications
7+ years of full-stack engineering experience building scalable
systems
2+ years of technical leadership experience managing teams or
leading large projects
Strategic mindset with the ability to resolve complex technical
challenges
Expertise in front-end technologies (e.g., React, TypeScript) or
backend systems (e.g., Elixir, GraphQL, PostgreSQL)
Experience in mentoring and fostering a culture of growth and
accountability
