Job Description SummaryOur client is seeking a mid-level associate with 3+ years of experience to join their growing and highly regarded Technology Transactions practice.Role OverviewThis position involves working on complex and innovative technology transactions for a variety of clients, ranging from prominent global technology companies to emerging startups. The practice also collaborates closely with a leading Corporate Group, known for its expertise in startup formation, IPOs, and M&A within the technology and life sciences sectors, both in the U.S. and internationally.Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of law firm experience with a focus on technology transactions.
• Deep understanding of intellectual property and contract law.
• Experience handling complex commercial transactions for both early-stage and public technology companies.
• Ability to advise on intellectual property and commercial aspects of M&A and corporate transactions.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Location and Bar Requirements:
  Positions are available in New York, Silicon Valley, San Francisco, and Santa Monica. Candidates must be admitted to the bar in the state corresponding to the office they are applying for or eligible to sit for or waive into the next bar exam.Application Requirements:

  • Law school transcript.Compensation and Benefits:The anticipated salary range for this position is $260,000 to $390,000, depending on qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and location.A discretionary performance-based bonus may also be available to eligible employees.The benefits package includes:
