Our client is a hyper growth AI startup who are building next gen sales solutions that streamline outbound by replacing manual tasks. They are expanding rapidly, recently securing a $12M seed round from top investors. Hiring is a top priority, and we are seeking cracked engineers to join the team to help achieve becoming a multi-billion-dollar company.You'll be part of a driven team based in San Francisco, working on end-to-end features-from front-end and back-end development to debugging and testing. • Feature Development: Build features end-to-end, including system design, front-end, back-end, debugging, and testing.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design and product teams to ensure alignment throughout development.
• Product Ownership: Participate in every stage of product creation-from ideation to launch-and maintain the stability of the features you build.
• Rapid Growth: Contribute to a fast-scaling platform with AI-driven sales tools, helping us achieve growth goals each month.What We're Looking For
  • SWE Expertise: At least 3 years of full-time experience with both back-end (Python, FastAPI, Redis, Postgres, Celery) and front-end (React JS, Next JS, TypeScript, React Query, Tailwind).
  • Project Ownership: A proven track record of delivering exceptional products and features, and willingness to handle the entire product life cycle.
  • Startup Mindset: Comfortable with non-traditional hours, pivoting quickly, and adapting to rapid change.
  • On-Site Collaboration: Happy to work in-office and collaborate cross-functionally.
