Job Description:

Create and develop support Windows desktop application software for motion controllers and subsystems, and the completion of current development projects. Be a key member of next generation controller and subsystem development tools, and will create work plans, detailed specifications, and schedules in conjunction with Development Manager and then execute these tasks.Responsibilities:

• Hands-on development of software tools to facilitate application development.
• Specification development for software products developed outside of department.
• Creation of documentation to document the use of the software.
• Help file creation.
• Limited customer support for the software tools.
• Maintenance and backups of the software environment.Salary: $123,614/year.Requirements:
• Master's or foreign degree equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 2 years of experience in the job offered or in software engineering.Special skills:
• Experience in C# programming with Microsoft Visual Studio.
• Microsoft .NET development and framework environment.
• Non-web-based desktop application development experience for Windows OS.
• User interface development experience with WPF, XAML, MVVM.5 to 10% domestic and local travel may be required to see customers. Telecommuting permitted. May reside anywhere in the United States.
