Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Java Software Engineer to
lead the technical direction for network security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Define the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for
scalable, distributed systems
Lead and mentor engineers while driving alignment across
engineering and product management
Engage in hands-on development of critical components and
collaborate on new feature development
Required Qualifications
12+ years of professional Java development experience with
expertise in Java, Spring, Hibernate, and PostgreSQL
Proven track record in defining technical roadmaps for large-scale
systems and designing distributed systems
Proficiency with DevOps tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins,
and Git
Hands-on experience with network infrastructure and secure coding
practices
Demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams and delivering
high-quality software
