A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Payroll Functional
Expert.
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance and mentorship to Payroll Administrators,
Managers, and Compliance teams
Identify and resolve payroll-related issues and work with Oracle
Support for complex problems
Configure payroll setups and manage year-end payroll processes for
compliance
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience with Oracle HCM Payroll as a functional
expert
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting payroll setups and Fast
Formulas
In-depth knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes and
hire-to-retire lifecycle
Strong experience collaborating with Oracle Support to resolve
payroll issues
Expertise in year-end payroll activities and compliance
requirements
