Founded in 2018 in , and backed by top-tier investors like Founders Fund and First Round Capital, we're growing rapidly and looking for exceptional people to join us.About the roleAs a member of our lean but fierce recruiting team in San Francisco, you will partner with our engineering, design, and product leaders to define their hiring strategy, build candidate pipelines, and grow our technical teams - all while delivering a world class candidate experience. We're growing our technical teams rapidly in 2025 - come help us deploy creative hiring strategies to hire the most brilliant people on the planet. This role is primarily based in our San Francisco office, with required in-office days Tuesday through Thursday. Relocation assistance is available for anyone located outside the San Francisco Bay Area.What you'll do at Persona

• Full-cycle recruiting: Collaborate with leadership to scope profiles, source, manage and close candidates.
• Thought partnership: Partner closely with engineering and product leadership to understand hiring needs, make hiring recommendations, support events, and build strategy behind technical talent at Persona.
• Drive decisions with data: Use your knowledge of the market and data to provide insights into the health of the hiring pipeline, provide direction, and training to hiring partners.
• Experimentation: Test new ways to optimize our interview processes, internal workflows, and solve for candidate experience.
• Problem solving: Create, recommend, and implement strategies to tackle problems and build pipelines through sourcing, referrals, research, and events.

  • You're a full-cycle recruiter: You have 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.$90,000 - $160,000 a yearFor this role, the estimated base salary range is between $90,000 - $160,000, with variation primarily determined by years of recruiting experience. Base salaries are just one component of the total compensation package and are determined by a number of factors such as years of experience, expertise, qualifications and more. In addition to base salary, we offer competitive equity packages that play a big part in recognizing you for the huge impact you will have on helping us achieve our mission.
