You will partner closely with Engineering and Product leadership to deliver top-tier candidates and exceptional candidate experience. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will have the opportunity to lead impactful projects that span across Talent Acquisition with company-wide recognition and adoption. • Own candidate management from discovery through acquisition and onboarding for top tier Engineering talent
• Directly support Hiring Manager's goals through strategic talent acquisition, acting as their business partner and advisor
• Generate robust pipelines of tech talent through novel sourcing strategies for our engineering teams
• Utilize data to help inform hiring decisions while minimizing biasMinimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in full life-cycle technical recruiting and sourcing at a tech company or at a technology-focused search firm
  • Demonstrated success and delivery of highly sought after, top tier tech talentPreferred Qualifications:
    • 8+ years of experience in full life-cycle technical recruiting and sourcing at a tech company or at a technology-focused search firm
    • Extensive background in sourcing passive candidates, developing robust sourcing strategies, and managing large candidate sets
    • Experience building partnerships and supporting a complex set of stakeholders
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence using dataAs part of our team you'll enjoy:

      • Employer-matched 401(k) planThe US base pay range for this full-time position is $110,000 - $140,000. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
