Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner -
Contractor.
Key Responsibilities
Guide hiring managers on talent acquisition processes and source
qualified technical candidates
Evaluate and present candidates, while collaborating with
management to anticipate engineering needs
Provide market data, maintain ATS integrity, and ensure a positive
candidate experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a
global manufacturing environment
Understanding of employment laws and regulations
Experience with sensitive and confidential information
Knowledge of Affirmative Action and OFCCP Compliance Regulations
preferred
