Key Responsibilities
Provide technical direction and mentorship to a team of
developers
Develop high-value, efficient, and secure software solutions
Build trusted relationships across teams to deliver comprehensive
solutions
Required Qualifications
Experience in software development with a focus on backend
technologies
Proficiency in one or more core technologies such as Go, Python,
VMWare, AWS, or Azure
Proven leadership experience in guiding and mentoring team
members
Mastery of software development best practices and reusable design
patterns
History of delivering successful projects and learning from
failures
