Job Description:

- Ensures Non-resident alien data in GLACIER (system of record) matches data in UCPath.- Applies payroll concepts to perform complex analysis regarding pay processing adjustments, including retroactive pay, tax withholding, and overpayments.- Provides analysis for complex payroll projects, such as verifying tax treaty forms, resolving non-resident alien payroll issues, and various State and Federal regulations.- Provides in depth review of interface error logs, and analyze and monitor audit reports.- Works closely with IT to help resolve issues and trends with the GLACIER interface.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
