Put your passion, drive and expertise to work with the world's cloud security leader.The Americas G&A Talent Acquisition team is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to support our Finance & Legal functions. You will possess great candidate sourcing skills, candidate assessment ability, client management/partnership skills, and be a team player. You will be adaptable and own requisitions in a Full Life Cycle model.You will be a full time employee based in California. You will work remotely if outside of the Bay Area or in a hybrid capacity out of our office in San Jose, California (going into the office 3 times per week).Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition - G&A, your responsibilities include:

• Collaborating, advising, and partnering with hiring leaders from recruitment kickoff strategy meetings to candidate negotiations and close
• Balancing strategic hiring practices with high-urgency and thoughtful execution
• Taking ownership and building highly targeted, quality candidate pipelines across a variety of unique and diversified search assignments
• Effectively assessing candidates for current and expected upcoming hiring needs, taking into consideration organizational strengths gaps, team dynamics, vision goals, challenges, and career planning
• Strategically approach hiring for business organizations to drive toward landing at their EOY hiring targetsWhat We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
• 5+ years of in-house Finance & Legal specific recruiting experience, SaaS and or related industry experience preferredWhat Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• A combination of in-house and search firm agency experience preferred
• Ability to manage complex searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Demonstrated ability to generate enthusiasm about opportunities to prospective candidates
