In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. Your positive attitude, rapport-building, and desire to help will make you the perfect fit for this role. This position is perfect for someone looking to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the potential for growth and development within our company.Responsibilities:Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage, claims, and billing. Process policy changes accurately and efficiently. Assist clients in understanding their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. Maintain client records and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate. Collaborate with agents and underwriters to address client concerns and resolve issues promptly. Process daily alerts Handle all incoming claims calls from customers and follow-up Document each customer contact in APEX (Farmers version of Salesforce) Immediately greet all customers, entering the office in a friendly and helpful manner Requirements:Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or insurance-related role. Active Property & Casualty (P&C) required. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in basic computer applications and insurance management systems. Windows PC literate (Word, Outlook, Adobe DC) Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Proficiency in multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
