the field of gastroenterology, as we develop and launch innovative

Gastroenterology Specialty Business Directors will be accountable
for leading a team responsible for account-based selling to health
care providers (HCPs) who prescribe and influence the treatment for
the disease states represented in the Lilly gastroenterology
portfolio. This includes HCPs in dedicated gastroenterology
practices and infusion centers, as well as representatives in key
hospital accounts, including gastroenterologist, gastroenterology
fellows, gastroenterology educators, chief internal medicine
residents, chief family practice residents and residents involved
in gastroenterology rotations. The Specialty Business Directors and
Specialty Territory Managers will partner with key customers in the
gastroenterology space to increase Lilly's ability to drive
adoption of our new and existing therapies. They will also create
business relationships with state and local advocacy groups,
teaching institutions, key influencers, and managed care
organizations. They will be viewed as credible resources.BUSINESS

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Professional certification or license required to perform this
position if required by a specific state.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Legally authorized to be employed in the United

compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience,
skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this
position is $150,000 - $242,000.Full-time equivalent employees also
will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on
company and individual performance). In addition, Lilly offers a
comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees, including
eligibility to participate in a company-sponsored 401(k); pension;
vacation benefits; eligibility for medical, dental, vision and
prescription drug benefits; flexible benefits (e.g., healthcare
