By conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence, they help to deter potential security-related incidents. Officers are expected to provide exceptional customer service and communication, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all. This unarmed position requires a commitment to integrity and a proactive approach to addressing any concerns that may arise in the healthcare location.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $26.00 / HourJob Schedule:Day Time: Mon 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM, Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Sat 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM, Sun 12:00 AM - 08:00 AMResponsibilities:

• Provide customer service by implementing security procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when necessary.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the healthcare facility and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.Minimum Requirements:
  • California Security Professional Guard Card required.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
