of a new Director of Maternal Child Health Services.

and has earned multiple awards for collaboration efforts and
quality and patient care. The Director of Maternal Child Health
Services will join an organization with an outstanding reputation
in the community and across the Pacific Coast.
The Director of Maternal Child Health Services will report directly
to the Chief Nursing Officer. Supported by 4 managers and several
tenured charge nurses, this person will lead a fantastic team and
busy department seeing over 300 deliveries per month and seasoned
staff devoted to quality care.
The Director of Maternal Child Health Services will be in charge of
overseeing that care provided by nurses is efficient and thorough.
This involves keeping staff up to date with current best practices
and making sure they are following guidelines set by the hospital.
In addition, the position requires collaboration with the CNO, as
well as managers to achieve the highest level of operational and
clinical efficiency that aligns with the hospital's standards and
values. The Director of Maternal Child Health Services will also
have opportunities to develop their staff through education and
quality improvement initiatives.
