design.Key Responsibilities:
- Primary technical expert in digital implementation, providing
guidance and direction to R&D to solve the most complex
customer issues.
- Partner with and influence R&D, field, and customers to
understand, specify, and deploy new features into the
implementation tools, to build competitive differentiation into our
solution. Represent R&D to the customer, highlighting product
results and roadmaps.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers to work on critical
internal and customer projects.
- Drive innovation through the research and testing of new
solutions, especially related to advanced node designs.
- Solve critical customer issues to achieve desired performance,
area, and power targets.
- Develop, maintain, and manage flow and methodology for the full
implementation solution.Minimum Qualifications:
- BSEE/BS Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar
degrees from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in physical design with
mainstream synthesis and place & route tools.
- Deep expertise in physical design, with hands-on experience
with all aspects of the flow such as floorplan, placement, CTS, and
routing.
- Experience with Timing/power closure of complex blocks and full
chips designs.
- Tcl/python scripting expertise.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; good
presentation skills.

- MS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or
similar degrees from an accredited institution.This position will
be subject to U.S. export control requirements under the
International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export
Administration Regulations (EAR). Employment is contingent on
either verifying the U.S. Person status or obtaining any necessary

range for this position is $212,400 to $382,400 and this role is
eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation
offered is based on the successful candidate's work location as
well as additional factors, including job-related skills,
