This leadership role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency, security, and scalability of all IT infrastructures, supporting the company's business services and capabilitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with IT head, peers with other IT engineering and security teams, transforming IT infrastructure and security products into operation and continuous improvement.
• Lead and manage the IT Operations team, providing coaching, guidance, and leadership to drive high performance.
• Develop and implement robust processes and standards to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create and manage a scalable IT operations model, including a documented roadmap with clear goals and objectives.
• Ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems and infrastructure, identifying and resolving issues that may impact service delivery.
• Oversee incident management and act as a liaison to resolve critical issues quickly, minimizing downtime and service disruption.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and optimize resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT operations with business objectives and growth strategies.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 15+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 7 years in leadership roles involving infrastructure and IT systems management.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage tasks in high-pressure environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present and explain complex concepts.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, technologies, and best practices for operations management.
  • Experience in data-driven decision-making and performance metrics analysis to drive operational improvements.Salary Range$185,000 - $215,000The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
