ECP is a World Class Company.The Project Manager is responsible for managing the Moveout Restorations construction phase of commercial construction projects. This position is responsible for:Maintaining adherence to HITT's standards of safety; ensuring that required documentation is filedCreating and managing project budget for all assigned projectsDeveloping pre-construction RFP packageConducting project meetings, and setting milestones and formulating monthly owner reportEstablishing job processes (RFI's, submittals, and pay applications) including approving pay applications and negotiating subcontract change ordersPerforming project scheduling; ensuring project quality control and establishing overall project logisticsManaging the closeout processEnsuring fair treatment of subcontractors at all timesContacting new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and explaining how these needs could be met by specific products and services Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:Previous experience in a Project Management role with the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present complex information in a clear and concise mannerAbility to organize necessary resources, including people, tools, and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired resultsWorking knowledge of current market conditions including pricing conventions and trendsConsistent attention to details with the ability to identify discrepanciesRequired: High School Diploma or equivalent2-5 years' experience in commercial construction, including experience with a commercial general contractorPreferred: Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills with a variety of software packages; JD Edwards, preferredAt Ethan Conrad Properties, we pride ourselves on our collaborative culture, which can be seen throughout every step of an ECP employee's journey.
