technology.We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior
Director, Tax to lead our global tax and compliance function. This
position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of global
tax planning, compliance, transfer pricing, and tax reporting. This
role will work closely with senior leadership, finance, legal, and
external advisors to ensure tax efficiency, risk management, and
compliance with local and international tax regulations.What You'll
Do
- Assess the product development roadmap, locations where R&D
activities are occurring - including Canada, US, Israel, and India,
expected transaction flows between the company, outside contract
manufacturers, and customers, and other pertinent factors to
develop and implement a global tax strategy to optimize the
company's tax exposure - both for direct and indirect taxes
(including tariffs) while ensuring compliance with local and
international tax laws.
- Maximize available R&D tax credits and other incentives for
innovation.
- Lead strategic tax planning initiatives, including M&A due
diligence, restructuring, and cross-border transactions.
- Advise executive leadership on the tax impact of business
decisions and legislative changes.Tax Compliance & Reporting:
- Oversee global tax compliance, including corporate income tax,
VAT/GST, withholding tax, and other indirect taxes.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns in
jurisdictions where the company operates.
- Manage tax audits and disputes, collaborating with tax
authorities and external advisors as needed.Transfer Pricing &
International Taxation:
- Develop and maintain global transfer pricing policies in
compliance with OECD guidelines and local regulations.
- Oversee the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and
intercompany agreements.
- Monitor and assess the impact of international tax
developments, including BEPS, Pillar 1 & 2, and digital tax
regulations.Tax Provision & Accounting:
- Lead the global tax provision process under US GAAP/IFRS,
ensuring accurate tax accounting and reporting.
- Manage the effective tax rate (ETR) and deferred tax positions
including comprehensive reconciliations.
- Assess uncertain tax positions and determine reserves to record
in the financial books.
- Work closely with the finance team to support quarterly and
annual financial statement tax disclosures.Risk Management &
Process Improvement:
- Own identification, implementation, and ongoing operating
effectiveness of internal controls related to direct and indirect
taxes.
- Identify and mitigate tax risks by implementing robust controls
and governance frameworks. Provide guidance on tax audits,
disputes, and other significant tax matters.
- Partner with IT and finance teams to enhance tax reporting
systems and automation.
- Drive process efficiencies and improvements in tax compliance
and reporting.What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or a related
field; CPA, JD, or Master's in Taxation preferred.
- Experience: 15+ years of progressive tax experience, including
leadership roles in a multinational corporation and/or Big 4
accounting firm.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of semiconductor or
high-tech industry tax issues, including R&D credits, global
supply chain taxation, and IP structuring. Familiarity with tax
regulations in US, Canada, Israel, India, China, Taiwan, UK
preferred.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS tax
accounting, global tax regulations, transfer pricing, and
cross-border taxation.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead global
teams, influence stakeholders, and work cross-functionally with
finance, legal, and operations.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong strategic thinking
and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex tax challenges.We

BenefitsYour contribution will be recognized with a base salary
within the range of $236,000 to $325,000 annually as it is
influenced by your qualifications, experience, location, and the
internal equity of our team to ensure fairness and consistency
