In this role you will be leading the building of part of the enterprise-wide Risk Platform, supporting key business initiatives and taking Bill.com to the next stage of growth.In this role, you will:

• Lead the development and execution of a multi-year vision and strategy for innovative Risk solutions and platforms, partnering with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Regulatory, Operations, Policy, and other cross-functional teams.
• Shape and advance the product vision and roadmap for Compliance and Regulatory Risk, delivering cutting-edge solutions that create meaningful impact for users.
• Leverage data-driven approaches to solve complex problems, navigate tough prioritization decisions, and keep customer needs at the core of every solution.
• Advocate for your team's goals and strategy, communicating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, Risk leadership, and senior executives to ensure alignment and achievement of key objectives.
• Define and drive the technical roadmap, guiding your sprint team to deliver results on time and within scope.
• Work closely with engineers, risk strategy, and compliance/regulatory teams to enhance risk features that strengthen BILL's market position.
• Foster a collaborative, execution-focused, and innovative team culture, mentoring members to tackle complex challenges with confidence.We'd love to chat if you have:
  • 5+ years of product management or related experience in Payments, Fintech, or consumer/business financial services.
  • Expertise in Compliance and Regulatory Risk Management.
  • A proven ability to deliver high-value products with simple, intuitive customer experiences, empowering teams to succeed.
  • Strong track record of thriving in matrixed organizations through effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • A customer-obsessed mindset with experience shaping product direction based on user needs.
  • Expertise in vision setting, OKRs, KPIs, frameworks, and roadmap development.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Familiarity with payment systems (e.g., ACH rails) is a plus.
  • A BS or university degree; MBA is a plus but not required.The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.San Jose pay range: $140,000 - $168,000 USDThe estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL's bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above.
