This strategic role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and other Financial tools (FCCS, ARCS, EPBCS, etc.), a passion for innovation, and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle EPM technologies, specifically in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This role will provide leadership in implementing and optimizing EPM solutions to enhance financial processes, drive business insights, and improve decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure the successful deployment of Oracle EPM solutions.Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive EPM technology strategy aligned with company goals.
• Lead and manage Oracle EPM implementations, upgrades, and optimizations, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with business leaders and other stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and improve financial processes and reporting workflows.
• Serve as the primary contact between business teams, system integrators, and IT teams.
• Provide guidance on best practices for the configuration and use of Oracle EPM and other Financial tools.
• Oversee day-to-day operational management of the Oracle EPM platform, ensuring system availability, performance, and user adoption.
• Lead and mentor a team of EPM professionals, providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for EPM-related initiatives.
• Support end-user training, troubleshooting, and technical support to ensure high levels of user satisfaction.
• Work closely with other teams to ensure integration of Oracle EPM solutions with other enterprise systems and data sources.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle EPM products, trends, and industry best practices to drive continuous innovation.
• Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of EPM initiatives.
• Collaborate with Information security teams to deliver on key areas such as security, performance optimization, infrastructure management, and system integrations.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and risk management practices.Salary Range: $154.3k - $223.8k USQualifications:We are seeking someone with a bachelor's degree and 9+ years of total experience (MS with 6+) with experience in one or more of the following:
  • Oracle EPM implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Oracle EPM applications, including Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Financial Consolidation, and Reporting.
  • Managing large-scale Oracle EPM projects, including gathering requirements, system design, testing, and deployment.
  • Understanding of financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting.
  • Data integration and interfacing between Oracle EPM and other enterprise systems.
  • Managing vendors, content providers, and business stakeholders.
  • Leading and managing a diverse and global IT team.
  • Experience implementing innovative technology solutions that drive business value.Preferred Qualifications:
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
    • Solid understanding of semiconductor industry processes and business requirements.
    • Good understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and risk management.
