Position Overview:The Account Manager will play a pivotal role
in fostering client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and
driving business growth through tailored landscaping solutions.Key
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients,
understanding their specific landscaping needs and
preferences.
- Conduct regular check-ins and site visits to ensure client
satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that client
requests and feedback are incorporated into service delivery.
- Sales and Growth:
- Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients
based on their landscaping needs.
- Drive new business through referrals and networking within the
landscaping industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted
promotional materials and campaigns for potential clients.
- Knowledge and Learning:
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and best
practices in the landscaping industry.
- Attend relevant workshops, seminars, and training sessions to
enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Provide feedback to the training team to develop educational
materials for other team members.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the operations, design, and customer service
teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide insights and feedback from clients to influence service
enhancements and innovations.Qualifications:
- High School Degree is minimum
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in landscaping
industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, or a related field can be
used to substitute the experience, with minimum 3 years landscape
industry experience required still
- Proven track record in relationship-driven sales and account
management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly learn about new products, services, and the
evolving landscaping market.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.Reasonable
