Job SummaryThe Strategy & Business Operations (S&BO) team
works closely with NetApp's top executives. This role is focused on
On-prem Enterprise Storage Business Unit and ensures that the group
is focusing on the right priorities and executing well on top
goals. The team plays an active role in NetApp's Core Storage
related strategic decisions in defining and driving greater
operational rigor across the business to accelerate our pace of
execution.As an S&BO leader, you will join a highly
entrepreneurial and talented team from top management consulting
firms and professionals in Enterprise IT. We focus on strategic
planning, defining and driving execution towards key priorities,
executive reviews, rhythm of business, resource management,
operational excellence, and ensuring the success of critical
cross-company initiatives. You will play a role in defining market
opportunity and driving multiple cross-functional programs,
managing the relationship with several top executives across the
company. This position provides unparalleled senior executive
exposure and is often the avenue to unique Strategy & Business
Operational and Product Management roles at NetApp.Key
ResponsibilitiesStrategic Projects and Initiatives:--- Take up
complex, ambiguous business problems in a tech product environment
and design effective solutions by data collection, analysis, and
developing deep insight.--- Communicate recommendations to
executives, help drive implementation, and check back in to see the
impact of recommendations.--- Build strategic and analytical
narratives, synthesized recommendations, and communicate them
through artifacts like high-quality presentations and
documentation.--- Work with Product Management, Engineering,
Program Management, and XFN teams to drive strategic initiatives
and operationalize recommendations.Business Operations:--- Design
and drive Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Strategy Reviews, and
Annual Operating Plans to execute strategic business priorities.---
Design processes, tools, and operating cadences to achieve
operational and organizational outcomes.--- Define actionable plans
and roadmaps and align cross-functional stakeholders to drive
successful implementation of change initiatives.Job
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in management consulting, business
operations, or business strategy in the tech industry (Cloud and
Enterprise Storage industry experience is a plus).
- 12 years of experience working with executive
stakeholders.
- Direct experience of designing and running business and
strategic reviews.
- Direct experience of working with financial planning, resource
(budget, headcount) management, design OKRs, Critical User
Journeys, and customer funnel analysis in a tech product
environment.Highly Desired Qualifications:
- Proven structured problem-solving skills and excellent
presentation/deck building skills.
- Strong ability to effectively operate in a quickly evolving
environment.
- Strong data analysis skills using tools like spreadsheets and
functional dashboards.
- Strong collaboration, exceptional verbal communication, and
stakeholder management.
- "Roll up your sleeves" attitude and growth mindset.EducationMBA
required and a bachelor's degree in STEM courses
preferred.Compensation:The target salary range for this position is
167,025 - 248,600 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the
candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and
may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are
competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a
variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.

Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options,
Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or
restricted stocks (RSUs), with all offerings subject to regional
