Job Summary:High-performance product team in Supermicro is seeking talented Senior Project Manager who can support the promotion of our GPU and storage server products. This individual will have the opportunity to define and implement latest data center and server technologies, and to create proof of concepts and promotion programs for specified GPU and storage solutions that differentiate Supermicro products online, with customers and at various industry events. This individual will also be the go-to person for project management of associated solution promotions and management of product line collateral and associated materials.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
--- Track success with promotion programs and deliverables necessary to drive revenue for Supermicro GPU and storage product solutions in a variety of verticals including HPC, AI, Hyperscale, Science, and Finance
--- Ideate and build proof of concepts based on latest data center technologies and Supermicro GPU and storage solutions
--- Work with solution managers and product managers to draft marketing presentations, website content and white papers for online publications and industry event promotional activities
--- Proactively engage in learning and researching new technologies and products to propose new Proof of Concepts related to server solutions
--- Work with Sales, FAE, and customers to provide networking solution and technical knowledge
--- Proactively maintain competitive information on relevant server solutions with which we competeQualifications:--- Bachelor or Master's degree in related applicable discipline with minimum 8 years of system product management/ program management experience in server hardware products
--- Strong knowledge in server architecture (including PCIe, SATA, and SAS protocols) and OS concept, and knowledge distributed computing a plus
--- Experiences In project management for large projects at scale
--- Experiences in managing servers within a defined product line
--- Strong knowledge with server hardware and architectures including PCI express, storage, and GPUs.
--- Experiences in technical writing and good communication skillsSalary Range$153,000 - $173,000The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
