A company is looking for a Director of Underwriting & Digital
Strategy to drive underwriting innovation and growth in Cyber and
Tech E&O products.
Key Responsibilities
Champion the digitization of the small business portfolio through
advanced technology solutions
Design and execute underwriting strategies to achieve profitable
growth and operational scalability
Lead and manage the underwriting team while fostering a
collaborative and innovative culture
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced certifications such
as RPLU, CPCU, or ARM preferred
10+ years of experience in cyber and tech E&O underwriting,
including leadership roles with P&L responsibility
Proven track record in managing underwriting teams and driving
profitability
Experience in digitizing insurance operations and leveraging
technology for efficiency
