Job Description:
A company is looking for a Proposal Manager 1 to manage the
end-to-end proposal process for multiple responses.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the proposal development process, ensuring compliance with
client requirements and deadlines
Coordinate and edit proposal input from various stakeholders to
enhance clarity and effectiveness
Facilitate strategic planning discussions and guide teams on
proposal development best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Communication,
Journalism, or English) preferred
3-4 years of experience in analyzing Public Sector RFPs and leading
proposal development efforts
1-2 years of business experience, preferably in the IT public
sector industry
Proficiency in job-related software applications, including Adobe
Acrobat Pro and Microsoft Office Suite
APMP membership/certification is preferred
