Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Director to provide sales
leadership and coordinate training activities for independent
agents.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit new independent contractor agents
Train agents on products and selling tools
Communicate with and retain top-level independent contractor
agents
Required Qualifications:
Must hold a valid life & health insurance license
High school diploma or undergraduate degree; industry experience
may substitute for educational qualification
One (1) or more years' experience in insurance marketing and
sales
Experience managing and motivating independent or career insurance
agents
Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with common
software applications
