& User Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Enhance and lead the rhythm of business to align the organization
and partners around objectives and goals
Optimize interaction models between cross-functional teams to
unlock productivity and drive execution
Lead and manage design operations programs and initiatives to
improve efficiency within the design organization
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in a Design Operations role for large,
multifunctional teams
Self-starter capable of defining problem statements and
implementing solutions at scale
Expertise in measuring impact and focusing projects on priority
outcomes
Understanding of the design process and principles in a technical
environment
Ability to manage budget and resources effectively
