Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workday Implementation & Systems
Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full lifecycle of the Workday HCM implementation,
including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment
Manage, maintain, and optimize the Workday system
post-implementation
Serve as the internal Subject Matter Expert for Workday HCM-related
queries and issues
Required Qualifications:
Certified in Workday HCM
Minimum of 10 years in Human Capital Management, with at least 5
years of hands-on Workday HCM experience
In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM modules; expertise in Workday
Projects and Financials is a plus
Proven track record of leading successful Workday implementations
and management post go-live
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them
into effective Workday solutions
