Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Relationship Manager,
Multi-Specialty.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison with assigned clients to optimize
Revenue Cycle Management results
Conduct client meetings to review RCM performance and advise on
industry issues impacting the practice
Maintain an understanding of MACRA, MIPS, and relevant specialty
issues to assist clients
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Accounting; graduate
degree preferred
Minimum 3 years' experience in a medical billing client service
role
Basic knowledge of CPT and ICD coding, MIPS, and industry
trends
Expertise in Microsoft Office suite of products
Ability to facilitate meetings with groups of physicians and
practice stakeholders
