Job Description:
A company is looking for a Platform Experience Manager to join
their Customer Experience team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and issue resolution for customer
inquiries
Lead customer training sessions and develop solutions to enhance
platform utilization
Gather and communicate customer feedback to drive platform
improvements
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with technical
support and training
Prior experience in adtech or performance marketing
Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and communicating
with engineering teams
Experience in developing and delivering training sessions
Strong analytical skills for identifying and resolving customer
issues
