Job Description:
A company is looking for an Executive Director to lead its
foundation dedicated to supporting firefighter families.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic initiatives focused on mental
health and emotional resilience for firefighter families
Oversee program development and partnerships with mental health
professionals to enhance support services
Lead fundraising efforts and cultivate relationships with donors
and community stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nonprofit Management,
or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a nonprofit or
mental health organization
Deep understanding of the psychological challenges faced by
firefighter families
Proven experience in fundraising and securing financial support
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage
teams
