Job Description:

A company is looking for a CMDB & Change Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain the accuracy and completeness of CMDB data and conduct regular audits
Oversee the change management process, assessing impact and risk of proposed changes
Collaborate with IT teams and provide training on CMDB and change management processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of experience leading change management
5+ years in IT service management and CMDB administration
5+ years experience with ServiceNow Change Management and CMDB module
Excellent understanding of IT infrastructure and operations
