Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Client Manager to collaborate with
the Commercial Bank Sales team in acquiring, expanding, and
retaining business clients with treasury management needs.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with partners to expand and retain business clients
with treasury management needs
Maintain cash management services and ensure effective after-sales
experience for clients
Generate cross-sell leads and manage complex client implementations
with the Implementation Specialist Team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
3 or more years of banking or cash management experience
Demonstrated success in a customer service environment
Strong analytical and data mining skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs including Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint
