Job Description:
A company is looking for an Information Technology Incident
Manager, Remote, Nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
Lead responses to technology outages and security incidents,
ensuring business continuity
Act as the primary contact for major incidents, coordinating
efforts across IT, InfoSec, and external partners
Implement and oversee the incident management process in alignment
with ITIL best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a
related field
5+ years of experience in incident management and information
security within an enterprise environment
Knowledge of information security principles and relevant
certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, or CISM preferred
Experience with incident management tools and software
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional
teams under pressure
