Job Description:
A company is looking for a Retail Sales Director responsible for
leading and managing the retail sales team to achieve sales targets
and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue
targets and market share growth
Lead, mentor, and motivate the retail sales team while fostering a
high-performance culture
Oversee day-to-day operations of retail stores, ensuring compliance
with company policies and optimizing store layouts
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a
related field; MBA preferred
Minimum of 10 years of retail sales experience, with at least 5
years in a leadership role
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue
growth
Relevant certifications in sales or retail management are a
plus
