Entering this domain positions you at the heart of IBM, where growth and innovation thrive.Your role and responsibilitiesWe are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager (PM) to drive the strategy and execution of IBM Apptio portfolio related to Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and other associated technologies.You will be an autonomous owner, with direct impact on the strategic direction and single-threaded responsibility for the execution of all AI investments related to this product line. We're looking for a technical, analytical, and passionate PM leader to deliver innovative new offerings in response to customer needs. The right candidate will have the proven ability to dive deep into complex customer challenges and understand how to create simple yet elegant solutions to those challenges. You will guide the integration, market awareness, customer demand, and adoption of these technologies to solve problems in global organizations. You will work closely with our engineering, design, product marketing, customer success and sales teams to drive the product lifecycle from market validation to strategic planning and execution.If you are passionate about solving complex problems and making a direct business impact, Apptio will be a great fit for you.Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand market trends and customer needs in the AI and ML space.
• Develop and execute the product roadmap for IBM Apptio to embed AI and ML technologies, develop key features and capabilities that align with customer requirements and industry advancements.
• A deep understanding and experience on how to leverage data to create and generate "value" to customers.
• Lead the integration and embedding of state-of-the-art AI and ML technologies into IBM Apptio to ensure we remain at the cutting edge of the industry.
• Partner with marketing teams to create compelling messaging and content that effectively communicates the value proposition of these solutions to the target market.
• Analyze the market and competitive landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
• Closely track industry trends and adapt your product strategy accordingly.
• Drive product roadmap innovation through rapid triage of facts and data.Required educationBachelor's DegreePreferred educationMaster's DegreeRequired technical and professional expertise
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of product management experience in relevant areas, with a proven track record of bringing compelling product offerings to market.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for customer-centric product development, with a focus on creating AI and ML solutions that solve real-world problems.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management best practices.Preferred technical and professional experience
• Deep technical understanding of AI and ML technologies, algorithms, and frameworks.
• Prior experience in leveraging the AI and ML technologies to solve impactful customer problems.
• Experience with AI and ML application development, including data preparation, model training, and validation.
