The ideal candidate will have a robust background in private equity, with a specific focus on tech-enabled services. This role requires a deep understanding of industry dynamics, strong financial acumen, and the ability to lead and execute investment strategies.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities in tech-enabled services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and other key stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough due diligence, including financial modeling, market analysis, and risk assessment.
• Oversee portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and support to drive growth and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement investment strategies and business plans.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to identify potential investment opportunities and risks.
• Represent the firm at industry conferences, networking events, and other professional gatherings.Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in private equity, with a focus on tech-enabled services.
• Proven track record of successful investments and portfolio management, particularly with investments around the $100 million range.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Deep understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
