Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Payment Operations to
manage payment processing across multiple international
markets.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee payment processing operations in collaboration with various
departments and external partners
Optimize payment processing architecture to enhance customer
satisfaction and minimize chargebacks
Lead the Payment Operations team and manage vendor relationships,
ensuring performance and compliance
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in payments within a SaaS or
subscription-based business
Expertise in credit/debit card processing and familiarity with
alternative payment methods
Experience with payment platforms like Stripe and Adyen
Strong understanding of payment settlement and reconciliation
processes
Bachelor's degree preferred
