guide new customers through a structured onboarding program and
ensure their initial success with the platform.
Key Responsibilities
Execute a prescribed onboarding program for each new customer
Manage escalations and collaborate with internal teams to resolve
issues promptly
Track and update project documentation to provide a clear roadmap
for onboarding
Required Qualifications
Strong organizational and project management skills
Technical aptitude to understand and explain data integration
concepts
Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer
experiences
Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams
Knowledge of data integration or ETL tools is a plus
